Cheesemaking Workshops

Regularly scheduled classes are offered between September - June on a monthly basis.  If you would like a private class, please call or e-mail for details. 

Our classes are intimate, fun and informative.

Cost: 120.00 per person,  includes a Cheese Making Kit and a full Artisan Cheese lunch
Feta, Classic French Chevre and
 a 45 minute Mozzarella
Made with farm fresh goat's milk, and a quick mozarella made with store bought cow's milk!

Time: 10:30 - 3:00
Cost: 120.00 per person,  includes a Cheese Making Kit and a full Artisan Cheese lunch

Our Annual Holiday Class
Learn to make and package some wonderful gifts for the holidays, we will make Flavored Chevre, Marinated Feta, Caramel and Chevre Truffles!!!
Made with farm fresh goat's milk
(Over the last 4 years, this class always sells out early so don't procrastinate)



Please note that no cheeses made using our farm fresh raw milk will be able to be tasted or removed from the farm due to TN State regulation.

*All participants will receive a cheesemaking kit that will include everything you need to go home and make all the cheeses we made in the class.

~A full Lunch will be served including a extensive
cheese course...bring your own wine to enjoy with a variety of unique artisan cheeses, we suggest Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet, and Sparkling wines~

 Goat's Milk Soap, Herbal and homeopathic medicinal teas will be available for purchase after the class.

No time for a class, be a do-it-youselfer and order a cheese making kit with detailed recipes
Pick up @ the farm $35.00, mailed via USPS $40.00


Space is limited to 10 ... a non-refundable deposit of $75.00 must be received in order to hold your space.
